Hosted by the Rotary Club of Oshawa. Among those honoured tonight was Stanley E. Lovell of course he is best known through his families Lovell Drug store chain. But he & his family were & are also very involved in the life of Oshawa & their helpful kindness.Shirley Harmer a internationally famous singer & actress was also being honoured. Stephen S. Poloz the Governor of the Bank of Canada was also being honoured.
