Thanks to you, our 2025 Rotary Club of Oshawa-Parkwood's Reverse Draw , Dinner  & Silent Auction was a fantastic success. 

WE ARE GETTING READY FOR OUR 37TH ANNUAL REVERSE DRAW, DINNER AND SILENT AUCTION , ON MAY 7, 2026, AT THE COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT, 1101 BLOOR STREET EAST IN OSHAWA (with fellowship hour at 6 pm and dinner at 7 pm with the draw staring about 8:15 pm). WE WILL ENJOY A FABULOUS DINNER,  BID ON SOME SENSATIONAL ITEMS IN THE SILENT AUCTION, AND MAYBE WIN . 

The proceeds from the Gala event will be used to support many community service projects of The Rotary Club of Oshawa-Parkwood such as: The Kids Safety Village of Durham Region, hospital equipment for Lakeridge Health Oshawa , the Colonel R.S. McLaughlin Regional Cancer Centre, Participation House (for mentally and physically challenged adults), Ontario Tech U, Durham College, Feed The Need in Durham,  Simcoe Hall ,  the Eradication of Polio through Rotary International’s End Polio Now Campaign, Children's Aid Society of Durham Region, and Grandview Kids, and many more.

TICKETS ARE $150.00 PER PERSON AND ARE AVAILABLE FROM ANY MEMEBER OF THE ROTARY CLUB OF OSHAWA-PARKWOOD

THE LAST TICKET DRAWN WAS WINS $ 2,000.00 AND EVERY 20TH TICKET OUT ALSO WINS $100.00

AGAIN THIS YEAR, OUR GOAL FOR OUR FABULOUS  SILENT AUCTION TABLE - IS 75 ITEMS VALUED AT OVER $16,000.00 . You will see all of the Silent auction items  as they arrive.  They will be in the left hand column ....... WOW.

We are seeking donations of above-average Silent Auction items that attract  bidder interest. Your organization’s reputation for excellence puts it at the top for requests. Your gift will be featured on our silent auction tables, our club’s social media,  and in our dinner program. You may also include your business card, brochure, and literature which will be prominently displayed.

Platinum Level - $2000.00

  • Prime seating and meals for four,

Gold Level - $1500.00

  • Prime seating and meals for two,

  • Half page ad in dinner program, on our club website & social media, and

  • Special acknowledgement and thank you during opening and closing remarks.

Silver Level - $1000.00

  • Seating and meals for two,

  • Special acknowledgement on our dinner program, club website & social media, and

  • Thank you during opening and closing remarks.

Bronze Level - $750.00

  • Special acknowledgement in the dinner program and on our club website & social media.
