THE OBJECT OF ROTARY
is to encourage and foster the ideal of service as a basis of worthy enterprise and, in particular, to encourage and foster:

Rotary Code of Conduct provides a framework for ethical behaviour that all Rotarians can use, together with The Four-Way Test, in their business and professional activities.

As a Rotarian, I will

Use my vocational experience and talents to serve in Rotary

The Heart of Your Rotary Brand.” Joe Solway, our Rotary Zone 28 Assistant Public Image Coordinator has invited our Zones 28 and 32 Public Image Coordinators, Cheryl Metiva and Amy Schuller to make this presentation and answer any questions you may have.

Mr. Stewart: Went to theMaple Leaf’s game and on way to parking lot encountered an old guy on the street yelling “you’re so cheap!” because Robert did not have any cash to share. But he did find 5$ and went back to give it to the crankiest guy in Toronto!
Al: had a sad buck because his buddy called to see if he wanted to golf on Wednesday. Not a chance-still too cold.
Robert: Book sale.Bookmarks are on every table. Prices are lower this year. Tess and Caroline represented our club in the set-up.
Hilda: 5$ to honour the Lakeridge Health achievement award for one of her OR nurses. She also shared a Liver transplant patient story.
Shashi: Happy to see family and welcome visitors and Lakeridge board experiences.

The 50th Anniversary Committee is busy. Save the date for September 29. The Save the date invites will go out electronically this month.
I would like to have feedback about the club to help us prepare for our next year. I will be sending out an electronic survey to all members this month. Paper surveys will also be available.
I developed a draft of the job descriptions for club leadership positions. Board members please look them over and let me know of any additions or deletions.
Our monthly socials used to be handled by Janice who is now on LOA. We have one coming up April 28 at the Mandarin (5:30). If you have a suggestion let me or Robbie know.
My President-Elect training has been very helpful – especially with creating connections with other Presidents.
Learning about Rotary and our District is very helpful and if you have not already signed up for our District Assembly- please do. The club will pay your tuition.
