Teresa Madaleno is a former broadcast news journalist, journalism professor, and author who owns and operates a small communications company in the GTA. Currently, she focuses on helping both private and public companies relay their stories and promote their brands in a positive way. She spent 18 years in the news business as a reporter and producer. Her credits include CTV, Global TV, CBC, Shaw Television, Rogers Television, Entertainment Tonight USA and DreamWorks Entertainment USA. She has taught post-graduate journalism and mentored dozens of young reporters. Her skills in creative writing, as well as her media background have led her to work for a wide range of clients in various industry sectors, but she has developed a particular passion for working with companies in the environmental sector. Teresa lives in Aurora with her husband who also has a news industry background, her daughter a recent university graduate who is now a communications coordinator for the Red Cross, and her beloved Sheltie. |
